Samantha has built a diverse commercial law background, working as in-house counsel for AMP Bank, within Australia’s corporate regulator – ASIC (Australian Securities and Investment Commission) and within one of Australia’s leading law firms, Gadens.
With decades of commercial experience, her expertise includes identifying and managing risk, meeting compliance obligations, and resolving commercial disputes. She is known for her pragmatism when it comes to commercial legal solutions – and has been recognized within her industry with several rising stars awards.
Samantha joined Wolters Kluwer in 2010 and writes and edits Wolters Kluwer’s Australian business law, estate planning and trusts, as well as contributing to company law content.
